Full 7-day refund from the date of purchase minus any classes that were taken including hst and minus a $15 admin fee
Bundled Programs (signing up for more than 1 season)- Refunds with a $15 admin fee may be provided for a future season 30 days or more from the start date otherwise class credits are provided
Classes that were missed by a student while classes are operating will not be refunded or credited
If a student leaves a program mid-session they may get the remaining class credits for up to 1 year from the date of purchase
If a student does not participate due to covid-19 Any unused classes may be transferred to credits for up to 1 year from the date of purchase
If a lockdown occurs, classes will continue virtually & If not an option, unused classes can be credited for up to 1 year from date of purchase
Students may transfer to another program with no charge as long as there is space available

Class passes are no longer offered or can be transferred to another session
If a lockdown occurs, any remaining class passes remaining can be used at any time for up to 1 year from the date of purchase
Students may transfer to another program at any time with no charge as long as there is space available within the same season

p.a days & workshops are non-refundable however credits can be applied for up to 1 year from date of purchase if unable to participate
birthday parties are non-refundable however an alternative date can be arranged
Masks are now optional for all students & staff following the Ontario health guidelines

SCDC dance members are recommended to stay home if they have any symptoms and advised to get a covid test
all scdc staff are double/TRIPLE vaccinated for Covid-19
if a student tests positive for covid-19 the family should 1) Contact Toronto Public Health 2) contact SCDC immediately
Any student who tests positive will remain confidential as we at scdc follow ethical guidelines
SCDC will contact TPH and follow the recommended guidelines
